I came across Admiral’s View Alpacas when researching the possibility of having Alpacas at our spring wedding and feel very lucky that I came across them. From start to finish everything was fantastic. Communication from Sarah was helpful, efficient and informative, and the pricing and available additional options were clear and easy to understand. Plus the choice of options meant you could tailor the experience somewhat depending on how you were organising your day. Arranging the Alpaca visit from Admiral’s View Alpacas was one of the most straightforward aspects of planning the wedding and one of the most fun choices I got to make.
On the day Sarah and her husband Andy arrived on time ready to set up and surprise our guests with the Alpaca visit. If my memory serves me correctly, they brought Bronwen, Lulu, Bethany and Georgia who were all such lovely alpacas – everyone had their own favourite. It was one of the most memorable aspects of our day and I know it stood out to our guests too, who all loved the opportunity to feed the alpacas and take photos of/with them. Also any questions that anyone had wanted to ask about alpacas were happily answered.
If you’re considering having alpacas at your special day I would definitely recommend Admiral’s View Alpacas.

Since I was young, alpacas have been my favourite animal. Everyone would joke how much I loved them and I even had a few adopted as birthday and Christmas presents. Never did I think that adult me would be able to have a lovely wedding , with my favourite animals ! We had four of Sarah’s lovely girls at our wedding. We booked for 2 to be ring bearers, a 30 minute bride and groom walk with photos , and a pen set up for 2 to be in for guests to go and say hello to and take selfies with. Sarah was completely flexible when unfortunately the venue didn’t quite stick to what we had asked ( for them to be in view on the grass ) and they were put to the side of the building so not to be on the grass … but , even so, Sarah and her husband set up and pulled off such a lovely experience for us all! The guests loved them, our wedding video is hilarious seeing guests reactions of them walking down the aisle with our rings ,and our wedding photos are equally as funny but gorgeous with some fluffy faces in view too!
Would highly recommend admirals view alpacas , I can say that the experience they provide and their warmness makes them a great investment for your wedding day !

Admirals View Alpacas made our dream of having alpacas at our wedding a reality! They were a very friendly & personable to be in touch with. The alpaca reins matched our colour theme which was a lovely touch. They noticed my name was the same as one of their alpacas & brought her along! 💙 The handlers even took the initiative to make the guests aware that the alpacca’s were available (in a field opposite the venue building). We were very happy with the price that we paid. All the kids at the wedding loved the alpaca’s. Thank you Sarah! 🦙

What a wonderfully relaxing place to spend a weekend, the surrounding countryside is beautiful with views to die for. We particularly enjoyed our Alpaca experience which allowed us to get up close with them all. We spent many a happy hour just sitting watching them go about their day. There are also the lovely “Lily Lamb Chop”, Shaun and the rest of the sheep family, not forgetting the chickens (border patrol). We would recommend this campsite highly!

We found this hidden gem this weekend and would highly recommend it to anyone.
We came with our caravan and found the pitches to be huge with plenty of space for our car, awning and still lots to sit out and enjoy the views.
Owners are fantastic and so helpful.
Alpaca’s were brilliant and would encourage anyone to have the experience of them.
We will be back!

What can I say, beautiful site run by lovely people. Some wonderful dog walks in an extremely beautiful part of the country. My daughter also had an opportunity to feed Lilly the lamb and stroke an Alpaca, she was over the moon. Can’t wait to return. The pitches are extremely generous all with beautiful views. Absolutely lovely site. I was in heaven with the alpacas, the chickens, the sheep and Lily lamb. Andy and Sarah are lovely, helpful and really friendly. If you have a camper or van and you don’t stay here you are missing out. Definitely five big stars.

What’s there not to like..?? The site has fabulous hosts along with wonderful large pitches so you can spread out. There is water that’s easily accessible, recycle bins, fabulous dog area, and a toilet waste area. Then your view is the mini farm and can get up and close with -alpacas, chickens (lovely fresh and tasty eggs) and sheep. They have a bus stop right outside to get into the local town and lots of lovely walks to explore. Thank you for the experience and we will be back for sure

Admirals view is a gem of a find, so relaxing watching the alpacas, sheep, chickens and lily the lamb. Pitches are huge and a fenced off dog walking field .. bus stop outside the gate… Andy and Sarah , Linda and Andy are fantastic hosts … will we go again YES… 5*****
